Below the numbers are this week’s check-ins and check-outs, and every bed you are holding for someone, with the hour the hold runs out. A hold nobody confirms lapses, so a bed is never stuck because someone forgot.
Rent that shows its working.
Invoices go out on the day of the month you choose. A resident who moved in on the 15th is billed from the 15th, and the invoice prints the sum, so nobody argues over a figure in a notebook.
Cash at the desk, UPI, a bank transfer or a cheque: each payment is recorded against the invoice it pays. A part payment leaves a balance you can see, and anything extra stays as credit for next month.
Deposits are kept apart from rent. When someone leaves, the deduction and the refund need a second person’s approval before any money moves.
Residents stop calling to ask what is due.
Each resident gets a page that opens in their phone browser, with nothing to install. It shows the amount due, every invoice and receipt, and the agreement they signed.
They raise a complaint there, with a photo, and watch it go from assigned to fixed. Your notices arrive in the same place, and you can see who has read each one.

You decide what visitors see about vacancies: the exact number of free beds, a rough idea, or simply “ask us”. An enquiry sent from the site lands in your enquiry list with the rest.
On the Growth plan and above, the site can run on your own domain.
Questions owners ask before they start.
I run one PG with 20 beds. Is this more than I need?
No. The Starter plan is for one property with up to 30 beds. If all you open is the bed chart and the rent list, that is fine. The rest stays out of your way.
Does GullyPG take a share of my rent?
No. Residents pay you directly, by UPI to your own ID, by bank transfer or in cash, and you record it. You pay the monthly plan and nothing per booking or per rupee.
Do residents have to install an app?
No. Their page opens in the phone browser. They sign in with a one-time code, so there is no password to forget.
My records are in a register and an Excel sheet. Do I type everything again?
No. Save the sheet as CSV and upload your rooms, your residents and what each of them still owes. You see what GullyPG understood before anything is saved.
Can my warden see how much rent I collect?
Not unless you allow it. Wardens see residents, beds and complaints. The accounts are for you and whoever you give the accountant’s role.
Who can open a resident’s Aadhaar copy?
Only the roles you allow. The file is private, the number is shown masked, and each opening is written to a log you can read.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, on the Growth plan and above. You add two DNS records and the site goes live on your domain with a security certificate. Your gullypg.com address keeps working.
Can GullyPG staff read my records?
Not without your say. If our support team needs to look at something, they ask inside the app, you allow it for as long as you choose, and whatever they open is recorded in your audit trail.
